Over 500 United States Navy sailors and Coast Guard personnel will arrive to the city during San Francisco Fleet Week, which takes place this year from Monday, October 5 through Monday, October 12. Four ships will be tied up along the waterfront, and the festival is a great way to welcome these brave service men and women - while enjoying a festival of music, art and military displays. Watch the thrilling United States Navy Blue Angels zoom across the sky in stunning formations, and see a parade of ships as they enter the area. You’ll also find tours of the military ships, including the HMCS Calgary (Pier 15/17), US Navy (Pier 30/32 and 80), and the USCGC Boutwell (Pier TBA).
