Cosmopolitan:
Though it meanders, the menu is well executed by Chef Steven Levine's kitchen team. Appetizers feature perfect corn chowder with crab dumplings, and intriguing phyllo-wrapped shrimp with pickled beets. The seafood-heavy entree menu includes can't-miss seared yellow fin tuna with a red wine sauce and mashed potatoes. A dessert as good as Mrs. Levine's chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream leaves you strolling through quiet South Beach feeling just the way cosmopolitans should.
